The Clanranald Trust has been given a battering ram prop worth £60,000 from the set of the new Robin Hood film, thanks to an intervention by its star Russell Crowe. The prop will be taken to the trust's new medieval fort which it is building near the Carron Reservoir in North Lanarkshire.
