Dundee based Brightsolid's fortunes over the last year were the focus of an article in yesterday's Scotsman newspaper, which can be read at http://business.scotsman.com/business/Family-history-site-helps-DC.5989334.jp. Financial figures have shown that the group achieved a pre-tax profit of just over £2m on a turnover of £13.2m, following the acquisition of the FindmyPast website.
The BBC has also picked up on the story at http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/uk_news/scotland/tayside_and_central/8464875.stm.
