Lothian Health Services Archive has just placed a First World War Roll of Honour online at www.lhsa.lib.ed.ac.uk/exhibits/Leith_ROH.htm. There are 5 volumes, created by a resolution of Leith Town Council in 1920, and listing the 2206 officers and men who were killed in the Great War of 1914-1918, as well as the 350 who earned special honours.
