Scottish Council on Archives offices close and events cancelled

From the Scottish Council on Archives (www.scottisharchives.org.uk):

16 March 2020

In light of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we have decided to close the SCA offices from today, Monday 16 March 2020, for four weeks, initially, to reduce social interaction and help slow the spread of the virus.

All SCA staff will be working from home for this period, and have full remote access to emails and files. We are cancelling or postponing a number of events and are in the process of communicating this to speakers, delegates and other participants.

Cancelled or postponed events are:

Why Records Management Matters conference, Dundee, 24 March
First Steps in Community Archives, Stornoway, 26 March
SCA Annual Lecture, 21 April

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or would like to discuss any aspect of SCA’s programme.
