The new St Kilda site, proposed for Mangurstadh in Uig, Lewis (see
St Kilda Centre for Mangurstadh, Lewis?), has upset a lot of people in other areas of the Hebrides, including Harris and North Uist, which believe they have a stronger claim to host the centre, for historic reasons.
