Temporary free access to FindmyPast's newspapers

FindmyPast (www.findmypast.co.uk) has announced that it is making its newspapers collection available free during the mourning period for the Queen, whose funeral is on Monday. You'll need to have a basic free subscription to access the site - the newspaper records are at https://search.findmypast.co.uk/search/british-newspapers

The site hosts the same records as the British Newspaper Archive (www.britishnewspaperarchive.co.uk), which has a better basic search facility, which may help - if you have a hit from a search, you can then look for the original image on FindmyPast.
