A large number of headstones at Elgin Cemetery were vandalised in the week beginning August 22nd 2011. Efforts are being made now by Moray Council to contact lair holders or their relatives. If you own one of the lairs, or are related to the lair holders, please contact Margaret Smith on 01343 557058 or by email at margaret.smith@moray.gov.uk.
