This is quite a shock - the Ancestry Pro-Tools subscription, which I blogged about earlier in the week at https://scottishgenes.blogspot.com/2024/06/ancestry-protools-subscription-rolled.html, following its release in the UK, has just shot up from £4.99 a month to £7.99.
What gives, Ancestry?

In Canada, the price increased from $7.49 a month to $12.99. I was tempted a couple of days ago, but the unexpected hike puts a sour taste in my mouth. Wish Ancestry had said earlier this week it was an early bird special.
ReplyDeleteThat puts your price just about equal to the $10 per month charged in the U.S.
