Scottish Handwriting course at NAS

A Scottish Handwriting course will be held at the NAS from September 29th:

Tuesdays from September 29th 2009 (£85) 1 weeks
Continuation: Tuesdays from January 12th 2009 (£85) 10 weeks

Copies of original documents from the National Archives of Scotland are used to teach the skill of reading old handwriting. No previous experience required but some preparation for each class will be necessary. An additional £5 fee per term is to be paid to the National Archives for the use of their facilities.

The class is held at General Register House, Princes Street, Edinburgh and students should report to the Garden Entrance at the rear (west side) of General Register House on the first evening.
