North of Ireland Family History Society closes library, cancels courses and suspends branch meetings

In Newtownabbey, Co. Antrim, the North of Ireland Family History Society (www.nifhs.org) has closed its premises also because of coronavirus:

Premises Closed until further notice due to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency

The following courses at the premises have also been cancelled
  • March 24th – JSTOR – A free resource for NIFHS members
  • March 28th – The Advantages of MT-DNA
  • March 31st – Emigration to Australia and New Zealand
  • April 9th – Graveyards
  • May 9th – Using WikiTree
  • May 12th – It’s All About Me
  • May 16th – Your Autosomal DNA Results
